Carrel uncovers a damning lead in the Powell cold case. As his relationship with Nora deteriorates, Adrien becomes acquainted with Albert’s friends.

Episode 4

Albert remembers one particularly close call and a rough patch with Solange. Adrien descends into old vices. Mathilde looks into Carrel’s disappearance.

Episode 5

After discovering the link between Albert and Nastya, Adrien demands they finish the book — but he doesn’t expect the ending to include himself.

One year later, an eyewitness account sends Adrien back to Brussels in search of the truth. Mathilde’s search for Carrel comes to a close.
