The rookie brokers are summoned to one of the agency’s luxurious properties - a three-million-pound, Grade II listed castle. Unbeknownst to them, the agency’s CEO is joining them to share an opportunity of a lifetime: the rookie that performs the best over the summer will get to work at the agency’s headquarters in New York. Broker Aly takes up the challenge and hustles to get a meeting with a multimillionaire developer, who he boldly convinces to let him list a £30 million town house in Mayfair. Former care worker Georgie is given the task of finding a dream home for an influencer couple, but they’ve got quite a long wish list. Through some unorthodox methods and persistence, broker Krish lands himself a multimillion-pound listing in The Bishops Avenue - also known as Billionaires' Row.

Former care worker Georgie is given the chance to list a £15 million house. But first she’s got to prove her business credentials to veteran broker Danny, who soon senses Georgie’s inexperience. Meanwhile, former model Vanesa has landed a €15 million seafront villa listing overlooking Monaco. But there’s a snag - she needs to sell it before the end of the summer, or the owner will take it off the market. With only ten days to prep, she decides to throw an open house to gain some momentum, but will the bold decision pay off and land her with an offer? And finally, not content with just one uber-luxury property, Aly goes to see his millionaire developer contact to convince him to let him list his £80 million house in Knightsbridge.

Georgie assures her fellow brokers that she’s got clients who are interested in a beautiful country house. But where does that leave her when the potential buyers don’t even show up? The summer is coming to an end, and the brokers are feeling the heat. Who’s proven that they’ve got what it takes to get the opportunity to work at the agency’s headquarters in New York? Vanesa didn’t get any offers from her open house in Monaco and is now worried that her mum is going to cut her off. Krish is not convinced about working in London and is meeting up with an old contact from Leicester. The millionaire entrepreneur is looking for a new family home, but he has a very specific list of criteria and is refusing to share exactly what they are with Krish.

Which rookie agent will get the chance to come to New York and work at the agency’s HQ? In New York, CEO Eddie’s top two rookie agents are invited to the agency’s yearly summit, where they have to make an impromptu speech in front of 200 Manhattan brokers. After this toe-curling experience, they're summoned to one of New York’s finest developments, overlooking Central Park. At this $35 million apartment, they meet two of Eddie’s top-performing brokers, who grill them to see them if they’ve really got what it takes to make it in the Big Apple...
